compared to 8.1% among whites and 6.8% among Asians (not <\/span><\/p>
seasonally <\/span>adjusted). <\/span>It <\/span>was <\/span>17.0% among African American <\/span><\/p>
men and 13.8% <\/span>among African American women. <\/span>The <\/span><\/p>

Michigan (13.6%), California (12.4%), Florida (11.7%), Mississippi <\/span><\/p>
